Our continued success is based on our vision statement, "to nurture a health approach to femininity by engaging women in an enjoyable culture rich, community environment through their participation of dance and fitness".
We offer 3 types of classes, starting with beginner bellydance right up to advanced. Each level learns bellydance movements but as well, choreography. Learning choreography helps in the understanding of how the movements come together and then the eventual ability to put these movements together without instruction. All students have the chance to perform in the Junction Arts Festival and this year, just as last, the audience will be well entertained! We also offer a Get Fit Fast class, a mixture of light weight resistance training, Pilates as well as stability ball work. The workouts are never the same and the body gets a once over, every time, thus allowing the body to continuously change.
Finally, we have a Belly Fit class which combines both bellydancing as well as the GFF class. This is a really good core thigh and bottom workout. Come find out why women of all ages, shapes, sizes and ethnicity's, are changing the way they see themselves and are enjoying getting in shape while they are at it!
